Print Management

Our Print Management service delivers total management of a company’s complete print requirements.

Perigord use our print management software to manage key accounts. Our technology delivers the capability to instantaneously tender jobs to our approved vendors and deliver open access for customers to follow the quotation process online. All quotations received are easily compared within the module and the system collects detailed information as to why a job was awarded and also a full job history. The print quote module delivers total transparency and enables our customers to view each and every job from any location via secure online access. 

Print Tracker

The print tracker module within our technology enables our customers to track all print production in progress, on a stage by stage basis. Once a job is awarded the print tracker will follow each job in production. Approved users can search for jobs by owner, job name, type, or print vendor.

Artwork Repository

Our technology can also deliver a secure central repository for all artwork assets and print specifications enabling previous jobs to be easily retrieved and re-run. This module will eliminate costly artwork retrieval and or recreate fees.

Efficient Stock Management, Fulfillment and Distribution

Our stock management software will manage all printed material. Located just off the M50 in Damastown Industrial Park, Dublin 15, our purpose built 30,000 square foot secure facility Perigord House acts as our distribution hub. Our experienced and trained pick and pack team ensure all goods are thoroughly prepared for distribution.

Working with our own team and nationwide distribution partners, this enables us to ensure next day delivery of all orders which are in stock, once that order is received by 4pm. We deliver track and trace capability and record proof of delivery on all orders. 

Vendor Management

Our external suppliers must adhere to our Supplier Selection Criteria (SSC) which we monitor and update on a yearly basis. Within the SSC we look for information on areas such as:

  • Print Portfolio and references
  • Print team qualification
  • Location relevant to our premises
  • Average turnaround times
  • Quality control procedures
  • Environmental compliance
  • Commercial management – credit risk, TCC compliant
  • Insurances supplied
  • Pricing strategy – cost effectiveness
  • Physical security & Data security
